All you need to fight the looters of the world lives in her work...
No one can force you to believe in the 'common good'...
The 'collective' will never prevail...
Hang on to your individual rights...
Exemplify the ideal...
More people are on "our" side than you think...

Even collecting union dues from our President 200 years ago would have been difficult...take heart!

"To compel a man to furnish contributions of money for the propagation of opinions which he disbelieves is sinful and tyrannical."
                    -Thomas Jefferson, 1786

WHERE TO GO
This is a short list of links to sites that offer great resources on Ayn Rand, Objectivism, freedom or are simply just great sources of information.  Please let me know of other links that should be listed here:
  The Ayn Rand Institute
  The Cato Institute
  Capitalism.org
  Second Renaissance Books
Laissez Faire Books - more books of value...
Atlas Shrugged game - Buy it whenever it comes out

WHAT TO READ FIRST
Eventually, one will want to read all of Ayn's work; however, starting at her most famous work, Atlas Shrugged, is always a good idea.  The Virtue of Selfishness is also a wonderful source to eliminate any feeling of guilt for wanting to keep what you earn.
